A pass is not measured in pages or in hours. It is measured in journeys and in how far each one is taken, because those are the two things that decide what a pass can find.
Why there is no figure here
A figure only means something once there is a list of journeys, a depth against each one and an environment to run them on. None of those exist while you are reading a web page, so nothing is quoted on one. What the quote carries instead is a single number in pounds sterling, with whatever tax applies already inside it, and that number is the end of the arithmetic: no handling charge follows it and no surcharge is attached to paying one way rather than another. The same goes for the delivery date, which is fixed against a real calendar rather than advertised in days.
This site has no basket, no card field and no payment page, and it stores no card details because it never sees any: when it comes to paying, the payment provider named in the order confirmation handles that end of it.
These are shapes to argue with, not a menu to choose from. An order can sit between two of them, or beside all three; the quote is what settles it.

The cases that failed, re-run once the developer marks them fixed, together with the steps either side of each one.
It is never rolled into the first pass. A first pass prices work that is known; a retest prices work that depends on what somebody else changes in between, and how many entries they change. Folding the two together would mean guessing at the second one, and the guess would be built into the first invoice.

A quote that leaves any of these open is a quote that will be argued about later. An order exists once we have sent a written confirmation of it back.
