A request is six things: who you are, where to reply, the address of the site, the journeys that matter, what there is to test against, and your confirmation that the site is yours to submit. The form below puts them into an email for you to send, and a scope and a figure come back in writing before anything is run.

Complaints

A complaint goes to the same address as everything else and is answered in writing. How one is acknowledged and answered is set out on the Terms of Service page, and what can be asked for if a report is late or falls short is on the Delivery & Refunds page.
